The space
IMPORTANT NOTE : as you can see in the photos there are 2 twin villas one next to the other one and are belong to the same owner. But each villa is fully independent and full private 100% and totally separate so you cannot overlook each other ( not even from the first floor)

The villa number one is 100 m2 indoor and consist of:

GROUND FLOOR
- 1 living room with sofa with access to the patio & pool + smart tv +netflix , playstation+ cable tv +AC
- 1 full equipped kitchen
-1 little store with washing machine
- 1 bedroom with double bed ( 152 x 203) with ensuite bathroom with shower+balcony+AC
- 1 patio with dining table very close to the bbq area


FIRST FLOOR
-1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 ( in case of need they can be transformed in a double bed) + ensuite bathroom with shower + balcony with sea view +AC

Neighborhood overview
Stalos is located 7km west of Chania, between Kalamaki and Agia Marina. Like the wider area, Stalos is well developed and attracts a large number of visitors each summer.

Kato Stalos, which is the coastal part of Stalos, has a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is very well organized and is providing all the possible touristic services. For this reason, the beach is awarded every year with blue flag.

Pano Stalos, located 150m souther, is a beautiful village, surrounded by green hills and amazing formations of rocks.

Stalos is an ideal place to stay for holiday. It is close to the city of Chania and offers all necessary services to its visitors. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.
Getting around
A car is recommended and taxis can be arranged.Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company
