The property include 2 identical villas of 150 square metres indoor each and each villa consist in:



LOVER FLOOR ( semi basement):
→ Semi basement floor is like a independent apartment with is own private entrance
→ Spacious Living room with Smart TV + AC + 1 very comfortable sofa where 2 people can sleep on it in case of need ( it is comfortbale like a real bed) +dining table
→ Fully equipped kitchen
→ 2 Bedrooms with double beds ( double beds can be converted to 2 single beds in case of need)
→ 1 Bathroom with shower
→ The semi basement apartment is built in a way which allows a lot of natural light to flood in while it is also cooler on warmer days.



GROUND FLOOR:
→ Spacious Living room with Smart TV + AC+dining table +direct access to the pool area +large balcony with dininig area
→ Fully equipped kitchen
→ 1 Bedroom with double bed ( double beds can be converted to 2 single beds in case of need)

FIRST FLOOR ( attic) :

Entire space is included in this rental which means you will hase both villas and the entire pool and garden bbq area just for you

On the same plot/property and next to the 2 villas there is also the house of the owner but it is inedependent and separated from the villas and he will never use any of the facilities of the 2 villas like the pool ,bbq,playground etc

All taxes are included except for the environmental one, which is 10 € per day and it must be paid in cash when you arrive.

Neighborhood overview
The villas are placed in an olive grove in the village of Pirgos Psilonerou just a few hundred meters from the beach. However you can enjoy peaceful and private holidays, you are also just a few minutes drive from lively area of platanias and 15 km from Chania city center .The view from your terrace in the up floor is breathtaking combining fields of olive trees, oranges and the sea. The construction has been made with natural materials such as stones and wood so as to adopt in harmony with the local environment.
Getting around
In walking distance from the villas you can reach the beach , some restaurants and a mini market. Just a few minutes walking there is also a bus station where you can take the bus to Chania or to the famous beaches ( falassarna, elafonisi etc.) However if you want to make day trips , renting a car is suggested. There is parking space in the complex.
Lively Platanias village is 5 minutes drive. You can find many restaurants, beach bars, souvenir shops and supermarkets there.
