The house of total 260 m2 is perched on the first and second floors of the building and consist of :

First Floor:
→ Living room with fully+equipped kitchen and dining area+ large flat-screen smart TV for entertainment.

Second Floor:
→ 3 bedrooms with a one double bed in each room

→ Veranda/balcony with sea view

We’re writing to let you know about the introduction of an environment tax in Greece following Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette Α 204/11-12-2023)

This new tax is not included in the price and has to be paid by you in cash in the moment you are at the property and you will meet the owner or the property manager
