During the winter the apartment is rented per month for the price of 600 euros per month . ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION DURING MONTHLY WINTER RENTAL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE but it will be paid on place

Neighborhood overview
The apartment is located in the beautiful traditional village of Plaka in Apokoronas area and it is about 800mt to the beach of Almyrida( but the street is uphill).Few minutes walking from the property you can find in the center of Plaka all markets,bar,taverna /restaurants,etc. The city of Chania is about 25km far and the airport of Chania is 32 km far away.The airport of Heraklion is about 128 km. The car is recommended
This part of Crete has a spectacular coastline with miles and miles of unspool sandy beaches ( likeLutraki, Marathi, Seitan liman, Stavros, Almyrida, etc.) and from the strategic position of the villa you can reach them very easily.
Getting around
A car is necessary and taxis can be arranged.Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company
