The Villa is located in Stalos famous village with a panoramic view of Chania gulf. It is constructed under high standards and it is dominated by the strong presence at local elements and a wonderful view. Prigipessa Villa has also jacuzzi, satelite TV, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, air condition, telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, safe box, stereo music and private parking. The interior is mainly characterized by its open-air spaces so that you can sense the feeling of fresh air dominating all over the place. The exterior is designed so as to provide total relaxation. The pool is also suitable for younger ages. In conjunction with the services your stay truly will be magical.
It consists of 6 great and spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 6 bathrooms. It has heating and cooling system, alarm, space, comfort and silent operation. Entering the villa, there is an open plan living room with satelite TV and the comfortable sofas. The kitchen has all the equippment and appliances that can be necessary. At the same area, there is the dining area for up to 14 people. 4 of the bedrooms have double beds and the rest have 2 single beds each.
Coming out on the terrace you will find the huge garden where the private swimming pool. At the same part of the garden there is a covered, shady area where you can seat and relax admiring the wonderful view. In the garden of the villa there is also a barbecue area, covered with wooden pergola. Except of the barbecue, in these areas there is a large playground with grass that is ideal for families with children.

Neighborhood overviewThe seaside village of Agia Marina is located just 9km west of Chania. It is one of the most popular resorts in Chania, with thousands of hotels and all types of touristic infrastructure. The village is named after the local church of Agia Marina.
The Shore of Agia Marina is fantastic with lovely sandy beaches. The west side, near the port of Platanias is full with small artificial bays, where you can swim. In the east part the beach, there is stunning sandy beach extending to Stalos. Along the shore, you will find all the services offered in a well organized beach.
1.5km south of the village, there is the cave of Nerospilia, which has amazing stalagmites and stalactites. This has been a place of worship during the Middle Minoan period.
THODOROU ISLET
Opposite the beach of Agia Marina you'll see the protected island of Thodorou, which has been declared as National Park. There is the largest colony of endangered Cretan wild goats (kri-kri) in Crete, moved here from the White Mountains (i.e. the area around Samaria Gorge). Approaching the island is strictly prohibited. However, in recent years a limited number of excursions are offered to visitors by boat, but note that special permission is required by the Forest Service. In the small cove of the islet, serving as the harbour or the island, there is a small sandy beach overlooking Agia Marina. This is totally unknown to everybody, due to the restrictions on approaching Thodorou.
