This new tax is not included in the price and has to be paid by you in cash in the moment you are at the property and you will meet the owner or the property manager
After the payment the owner/property manager will provide you a receipt
Based on property type you booked , the following taxes will apply:
November to February

March to October
€10 per night

Neighborhood overviewThe Bay of Kissamos. It is 30km West of Chania . The latter offers all the modern infrastructure that one would expect to find. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacists, medical centers, banks and retail shops.
