The space
The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 90 euros for the frst day and 10 euros/day for the rest ( this is the cost of each pool )


Each villa is 120 m2 and consist in:

• Ground Floor:
ground floor wih two bedrooms - of course with their own bathroom.

• 1st Floor:
In the living room on the first floor, two sofa beds can be folded out into full beds. The Jaccuzzi with sea view integrated into the living room is a special highlight( only in one villa it is available) . Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen and there is also a third bathroom on this floor. The veranda is furnished with a table and comfortable seating. In general, the entire stylish furniture meets high standards.................................................................................................................................................................

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Neighborhood overview
Stalos is located 7km west of Chania, between Kalamaki and Agia Marina. Like the wider area, Stalos is well developed and attracts a large number of visitors each summer.

Kato Stalos, which is the coastal part of Stalos, has a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is very well organized and is providing all the possible touristic services. For this reason, the beach is awarded every year with blue flag.

Pano Stalos, located 150m souther, is a beautiful village, surrounded by green hills and amazing formations of rocks.

Stalos is an ideal place to stay for holiday. It is close to the city of Chania and offers all necessary services to its visitors. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.
Getting around
A car is not necessary but recommended and taxis can be arranged.Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company
