We’re writing to let you know about the introduction of an environment tax in Greece following Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette Α 204/11-12-2023)

This new tax is not included in the price and has to be paid by you in cash in the moment you are at the property and you will meet the owner or the property manager

After the payment the owner/property manager will provide you a receipt

Neighborhood overview
They are only 1kms far from the Falassarna beach and 35 kms from the exquisite beach of Elafonisos. In 10 kms, you can find Kasteli (Kissamos) town, where there is a small hospital. In 8kms, there is the Kasteli port, from where boats take you to the worldwide known Balos lagoon and Gramvousa on a daily basis.

The city of Chania is 45kms far, while the airport Ioannis Daskalogiannis is 60 kms far.

Very close to the village you can find a supermarket and a traditional café under a big Platanos tree (plane tree), which has given its name to the village.

Last, you can find a pharmacy after 1 km.
Getting around
A car is necessary and taxis can be arranged.Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company
