The space
Please note that the pool can be heated with an extra charge of 60 euros per day. If you wish the pool to be heated please inform us about it before your arrival so the heating machine of he pool can be started 1 day prior your arrival which is necessary for the water to be in the correct temperature at your check in day

240 m2 villa consist of ( there is an elevator that connect all the 3 floors):

Ground Level:

→ Living room with fully+equipped kitchen and dining area +smart TV with Netflix+ Fire place+Big balcony with sea view and direct access to the pool area

→ One bedroom with double bed ( 2,10 x1.90)+TV+ Balcony

→ 1 Bathroom with shower

Upper Floor:

→ 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( 2x0.90)that in case of need they can become comfortable double bed +TV+Balcony with sea view

→ 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower

→ 1 bedroom with double bed (2 x1,90) that in case of need can be converted into 2 single beds + TV+ Big balcony with sea view and lounge chairs


Lower Floor:

→ 1 garage with laundry corner

→ 1 bedroom with double bed (2,10x1.90) +TV +Ensuite bathroom with shower

→ Outdoor stone BBQ


NOTE:

* Ac is present in all rooms of the house

* One free cleaning in the middle of the stay for reservations of minimum one week

* The villa can host up to 13 people . 8 people sleep in the bedrooms . For the additional people above 8 there are available 5 single inflatable beds ( it can be put it inside the bedroom) and is possible also to sleep in the 2 single sofa in the living room ( they are just sofa and not sofa beds) . There is also one single folding bed available

Neighborhood overview
Stalos is located 7km west of Chania, between Kalamaki and Agia Marina. Like the wider area, Stalos is well developed and attracts a large number of visitors each summer.

Kato Stalos, which is the coastal part of Stalos, has a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is very well organized and is providing all the possible touristic services. For this reason, the beach is awarded every year with blue flag.

Pano Stalos, located 150m souther, is a beautiful village, surrounded by green hills and amazing formations of rocks.

Stalos is an ideal place to stay for holiday. It is close to the city of Chania and offers all necessary services to its visitors. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.
Getting around
A car is NOT necessary and taxis can be arranged. Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company
