Ground Level:

￫ a kitchen openned on the dining room with high-end equipment, oven 80 cm, induction plates, American-style fridge with filtered water distribution and ice cubes
￫ 1 bedroom that can accommodate a couple and a child (1 double bed +1 sofa single bed 70X190 ) equipped with independent shower and toilet.

1st Floor:
￫ living room with a large flat screen
￫ three bedrooms with sea views equipped with independent shower and toilet.

Two of the bedrooms of the first floor can accommodate an extra person thanks to the possibility to use a single sofa bed (70X190 ) and 2 of the double beds can be transformed into 2 single beds in case of need

The bedding is "sleep on nature", COCOMAT.
Guest access
IMPORTANT: the property is an agrotourism because it is located in the middle of the olive groves, as far as the eye can see : it is located 1.5 km away from the asphalt road. For the access to the villa you will have to take an agricultural road, that is better to take with a SUV or a 4x4.

→ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Neighborhood overview
The property is located in the village of Platanos in the Kissamos Prefecture, about 5.8 km from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna. The beach has many restaurants and beach bars, ideal place to relax near the sea. The village of Platanos is well-organized with many facilities, like gas station, supermarkets, restaurants ansd bakeries. The villa is built on a hill above the blue crystal waters of the Cretan Sea.
Getting around
A car is necessary and taxis can be arranged.Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company
