*It is an entire property that include 3 villas of 120 m2 ( two villas) and 100 m2 ( one villa)*

*So you will have in total 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 3kitchen, 3 pools, 3 BBQ area*

*The 3 villas are on the same plot and one next to each other so you have the option to get all together in the pool area/garden or when you need more privacy you can stay in your private villa*

Neighborhood overview
The nearest village for services (mini market,bar and tavernas) is Tavronitis .The airport of Heraklion is about 155 km form the villa and the closer airport of Chania just 39 km. This part of Crete has a spectacular coastline with miles and miles of unspoilt sandy beaches ( like Falasarna, Balos,Elafonissis,etc.) and from the strategic postion of the villa you can reach them very easily.The nearest beach is inTavronitis about 1,3 km form the property. The picturesque town of Chania with its ancient, Byzantine, Venetian and Ottoman influences is about a 20 min drive away. This is an area of Crete steeped in history with many important archaelogical and historical sites to discover. The surrounding villages and mountains are spectacular and are a paradise for walkers and those interested in exploring a part of Greece that is 'off the beaten track'.
Getting around
A car is not necessary but reccomanded and taxis can be arranged.Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company
