This is the listing that include both 2 twins lux villas so for a total of 400m2 , 10 bedrooms and 8 bathorooms .Each villa is identic and composed by:

→ Living room + Smart / SAT TV with Netflix + comfortable sofa + dining table + direct access to the pool area and to the outdoor dining area with barbecue
→ Fully equipped kitchen
→ 2 bedrooms with one double bed each one ( double bed is 2x1,80mt)
→ 1 full bathroom with shower


LOWER FLOOR:
→ Spa area with Sauna+ Heated jacuzzi+ Gym +sitting area +Kitchen corner with fridge and washing machine
→ 2 full bathrooms with shower
→ 1 bedroom with one double bed ( double bed is 2x1,80mt)
→ 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( single bed is 2x90mt)
→ Possible to add 2 single folding beds in the open space in front of the gym

Neighborhood overview
The villa is located in Kalamaki area, just 5 km. away from Chania and 4 km. away from the popular village of Platanias. The property is in an excellent location if you want to explore the town of Chania or the well-known beaches of West Crete, Falasarna, Ballos and Elafonisi. You can find various restaurants, shops, cafes, super markets, car rentals and a pharmacy. Finally, you can visit the main beach of the area, which is huge, sandy and within walking distance
Getting around
A car is not necessary and taxis can be arranged.Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company
