House Rules

We would like to inform you that according to a new law, which has been in effect since January 1st, 2024 in Greece, accommodations are obliged to pay the "climate resilience tax" to the Greek state. This tax amounts to 10€ per night from March to October or 4€ for the remaining months, per overnight stay, corresponding to our accommodation. The tax has not been included in the total reservation amount, as Airbnb has not yet modified its system to align with the new Greek regulations

This amount will be requested upon your arrival at our establishment.

Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι σύμφωνα με την νέα νομοθεσία που βρίσκεται σε ισχύ από 1/1/2024, το κατάλυμα είναι υποχρεωμένο να καταβάλει στο ελληνικό κράτος το ''τέλος ανθεκτικότητας στην κλιματική κρίση''. Πρόκειται για έναν φόρο που αντιστοιχεί στο κατάλυμα μας σε 10€ από τον Μάρτιο έως τον Οκτώβριο ή 4€ για τους υπόλοιπους μήνες, ανά διανυκτέρευση. → 1 bathroom with a shower.
→ big veranda with lounge sitting area and spectacoular sea view

Second floor
→ 1 bedroom with double bed ( 1,80 x 2,00)+balcony with sea view
→ 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( 1,20 x 2 ,00 so they are very big )
→ 1 full family bathroom

** 3-Level Villa.

** The villa offers a private pool.

** Private balconies.

** Stunning views of the sea and the pool.

** On the ground floor, the studio features gym equipment, a pool table, a bed, and a living area in an open-plan space.

** Access is exclusively via stairs.
Additional notes
We’re writing to let you know about the introduction of an environment tax in Greece following Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette Α 204/11-12-2023)

This new tax is not included in the price and has to be paid by you in cash in the moment you are at the property and you will meet the owner or the property manager

After the payment the owner/property manager will provide you a receipt


Based on property type you booked , the following taxes will apply:

Getting around
A car is necessary and taxis can be arranged.Let me know if you wish to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help you since i cooperate with local rent a car company ( the owner of the villa has also a rent a car company)
