• Events ( only for a min of stay of 7 nights) :
- Up to 50 guest is 1500 euros +1000 euros security deposit
- Above 50 and till 100 guest max is 2500 euros + 2000 security deposit

The property of 300m2 consists of:

UPPER FLOOR
→ Living room with sofas ( where 2 people can sleep very comfortable like in a real bed) & fireplace +AC

→ Master bedroom with 1 double bed 180 x200 With ensuite bathroom (with bathtub) & big wardrobe & AC
→ 1 bedroom with double bed 140x200 + balcony + AC
→ 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out single beds 90x200 & balcony + AC

Neighborhood overview
The pine tree forest of Ag. Matthaios is the biggest oxygen lung of Chania. It is the ideal place for jogging or cycling away from the town΄s noise.
5 to 6 kms away from the villa you can enjoy the sun and crystal water in one of the most famous sandy beaches, Kalathas, surrounding Akrotiri wider area. In a distance of 10 to 15 kms you can find some others famous beaches like Tersanas, Stavros, Marathi, Loutraki and Seitan limania.
The villa is close to supermarkets (3 minutes by car), grocery (2 minutes by car), bakery (2 minutes by car), mini market (2 minutes by car).
There is also a fun park for children in a 2 minutes distance by car.
3 kms away from the villa there are a lot of restaurants (in Kounoupidiana village).
In Venizelos graves, just 3 minutes away from the villa, you can enjoy an outstanding view of the whole city, including the old Venetian harbour and the famous lighthouse of Chania, and watch one of the most beautiful sunsets in Greece.
The villa is 15 minutes away (by foot) from the nearest bus station (bus number 18).
Getting around
A car is not required but HIGHLY recommended and taxis can be arranged. let me know if you would like to rent a car and i will be more than happy to help as i work with a local car hire company
